Unless otherwise noted, most classes and workshops are held in my Minneapolis office, close to Minneapolis-St. Paul Airport and the Mall of America. Click here for a map.

Most classes are limited to 10 students, so that everyone can take part in the discussion and benefit from individualized instruction; most events also require a minimum of four participants.

Introduction to Tarot. Overwhelmed by the prospect of picking up all 78 cards of the tarot? I'll help you cut them down to size. 60 minutes; $15.

Speed Reading: Learn the Tarot in Less than an Hour. Most people think the tarot takes years to master -- but that's not necessarily true. In just 60 minutes, I'll show you how to read the cards based on the simple structure of the deck. 60 minutes; $15.

Playing the Fool. He's been called a joker, a jester, a trickster, and a clown ... but the Fool card is the one card you must understand if you want to master the tarot. 60 minutes; $15.

The Major Arcana. In three fast-moving class sessions, you'll become fast friends with the "big picture" cards of the Major Arcana, including the Magician, the High Priestess, and the ever-turning Wheel of Fortune. Three 90-minute classes; $60.

The Suit of Wands. When you turn over the Wand cards, you're playing with fire. This is the suit of inspiration, passion, and desire. 90 minutes; $20.

The Suit of Cups. These are the "love cards" of the tarot -- and they'll help you discover new truths about your relationships with friends and family, too. 90 minutes; $20.

The Suit of Swords. The cards of communication and conflict can help you get right to the point. 90 minutes; $20.

The Suit of Pentacles. While the Pentacle cards look like coins, they represent more than money. In fact, they symbolize everything you value on both a material and spiritual level. 90 minutes; $20.

The Court Cards. You'll probably recognize yourself -- and the people around you -- in the page, knight, queen, and king of each suit. 90 minutes; $20.

The Celtic Cross Spread. More than 100 years ago, Arthur Edward Waite developed the 10-card Celtic Cross spread to go with the deck he designed -- the ever-popular Rider-Waite Tarot. Even now, the Celtic Cross offers an unparalleled overview of any question or situation. 60 minutes; $15.

Tarot and Astrology. The ancient science of astrology dovetails perfectly with the art of modern tarot. 90 minutes; $20.

The Zodiac Spread. If you're ready to combine tarot with astrology, the zodiac spread is your ticket to success. 90 minutes; $20.

One-Card Readings. A single card can uncover hidden depths -- if you're willing to dig through the layers of meaning found in every card. In fact, a one-card reading could make longer readings and complicated spreads seem like overkill! 60 minutes; $15.

The Thoth Tarot. Delve into the mysterious deck designed by master magician Aleister Crowley. 90 minutes; $20.
